The quality of the products is constantly monitored by AOI 3D (Automatic Optical Inspection) post reflow in line machines.
3D technology allows to obtain measurements on the volume of the welding joints, accurate measurements of coplanarity and read the values of the components, thus obtaining a range of highly accurate inspections.
In addition, the SMT lines are equipped with SPI (solder paste inspection) machines in line, for measuring the volume of solder paste on each individual pad, before the Pick & Place assembly.
This particular control provides an important qualitative improvement of the welding joints and of the whole assembly process.
